Materials
All materials are provided including Stoneware Draycott clay, tools, potter’s wheel, in-house glazes.

What to bring
Apron/coveralls and a small hand towel. Wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting clay on. Long hair should be tied back and it is advisable that jewellery/watches are left at home.

Refreshments will be provided. Please let us know if you have any allergies. Please note that while the workshop is on the ground floor, the kitchen, breakout area and toilet are on the first floor.

Production
The sessions are not intended for production throwing or mass making. As a studio we cannot accommodate this level of production. They are aimed at students who wish to continue a project started class, create as a hobby or part-time makers.

We have a ‘one plate per person’ policy. This means that each member can only make one plate per session. This is because plates takes up a large amount of kiln space and we cannot accommodate multiples being made by students. This policy only applies to flatware. We are also unable to accommodate very tall pieces.

Collection of work
We keep work for 3 months after it has come out of the kiln, so please make sure that you collect it within this time frame. Unfortunately, we cannot post work to you.

Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking. You will have 48 hours before the start of the class for a full refund minus a £15 admin charge.
Please note within the 48 hour period , your class is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you decide not to attend no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to any courses, workshops or one-off sessions.
If we cancel your course or session for any reason we will do our best to organise an alternative date within a reasonable period of time. If this is not possible, or you are unable to attend an alternative date, we will refund the full purchase price.
