Classes

The learning space at Michelle Best Ceramics has six dedicated brand-new Shimpo pottery wheels plus space for handbuilding and glazing. We hold term-style courses in either 4 or 6 week blocks for beginners and intermediate potters. Our classes are unstructured and tailored for the individual, and this allows for a relaxing time with our experienced tutors. Our students can work on personal projects or the tutor can set a project for the course.

The drop in sessions are or those who have been on one of our courses and wishes to continue with their practice at their own pace without a tutor present.  This option is also available to those who can demonstrate some level of experience working with clay. This is not an option for those with no experience.  All members will have to adhered to the Studio Handbook and keep in mind that it is a coworking community space.
